The 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes were approved at the 2024 Annual Meeting on 12/18/2024. These can be found under the Residents Tab.
38 Units attended the meeting either in person or by proxy.
The proposed $10 per month increase to the monthly HOA fee was approved. The monthly HOA fee for 2025 will be $345 per month.
The proposed $1,880 special assessment to continue and complete replacement of rear decks, front porches, and staining in the complex was approved. This can be paid in one lump sum due January 1, 2025 or in eight (8) equal payments of $235 due the 1st of the month from January 1 through August 1, 2025.
Special assessment payments cannot be combined with the monthly dues payment. If you want to pay via the online service, please contact Palmer Property Management for an account number for the special assessment.
Payments not posted by the 10th of the month are subject to a $10.00 late fee per month.
As the Annual meeting notice stated, there were 3 open positions on the Board of Directors. Sam Sharofi – 296 Foxboro, Loyda Galarza – 298 Foxboro, and Marina Rodriquez – 19 Steeplechase have been elected to serve a 2-year term on the Board of Directors. Janet Buslewicz has resigned her position.
One Board position remains open.
