Pet Owners: Please make sure that your dog is always on a leash when outside of your unit - whether it is in your driveway, the street, or the yard. Dogs must be leashed at ALL times. Cats must be inside at ALL times. We do not allow outdoor cats. Please make sure you are picking up after your dog immediately.
Vehicle Traffic/Speed: There has been a noticeable increase in vehicles traveling excessively fast throughout the neighborhood, especially on Steeplechase Drive coming/going from Louis Street. Not only are the intersections and the corners dangerous at any time but given the height of the current snowbanks this makes it even more dangerous for those trying to pull in/out of their driveways. Please make sure your speed through our complex is 10mph, at most. Anyone seen going excessively fast and not being respectful of the SLOW signs in our neighborhood will be fined $25 per occurrence.

Please note that the Town of Newington has updated their bulk trash collection policy effective February 1, 2021. The new instructions on how to schedule a bulk pickup can be found under Notices in the Residents tab.
The November meeting minutes and the November and December financials were approved at our 1/13/2021 board meeting. These documents are now available to view under the Residents tab.

If you need to send an email out to all Residents, please go to the Message Center. The Message Center can be found by clicking the down arrow next to Account & Profile under your username in the upper right corner of the website underneath the heading picture. Once in the Message Center, scroll down to My Groups. You should see one called "All Residents". Click the blue envelope to the right and that will allow you to send out a mass email. Please only use the Neighborhood Watch feature to report any crimes, lost or stolen items, etc.
