12/13 Annual Meeting Results

The 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes were approved at the 2023 Annual Meeting on 12/13/2023. These can be found under the Residents Tab.

27 Units attended the meeting either in person or by proxy.

The proposed $10 per month increase to the monthly HOA fee was approved. The monthly HOA fee for 2024 will be $335 per month.

The proposed $1,800 special assessment to continue replacement of rear decks, front porches, and staining in the complex was approved. This can be paid in one lump sum due January 1, 2024 or in eight (8) equal payments of $225 due the 1st of the month from January 1 through August 1, 2024. Special assessment payments cannot be combined with the monthly dues payment. 

Janet Buslewicz and Kim Consonni were nominated to remain on the Board for another two-year term. There is still one open Board position. 

A letter will be sent out to all Unit Owners containing the information above as well as additional details.
