The January 2026 meeting minutes were approved at our 2/10/26 Board meeting.
December and January financials were not approved and will be reviewed again at the March Board meeting.
The minutes are now available to view under the Residents tab.

The November 2025 meeting minutes and financials were approved at our 1/20/26 Board meeting.
December financials were not approved and will be reviewed again at the February Board meeting.
