Re:         HUNTERS GREEN WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT
 

Please be advised that an Informational Meeting to discuss the 2022 Window and Door Replacement Project will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 6:30pm at the Knights of Columbus located at 171 Pascone Place, Newington, CT 06111. Interested Unit Owners who are unable to attend in person may also attend remotely via Zoom Video Conference (details are at the end of this letter). A link to the meeting will be sent out via email, as well as posted on the Association website.

As you may recall from numerous Board meetings held so far this year, there has been discussion on replacing all the windows and patio/basement doors throughout the complex. We are now in the position to move forward with this very important and necessary Capital Improvement Project.

At this meeting the Board will review the scope of work; centered on replacing windows and patio/basement doors throughout the entire complex, the loan required for the project, as well as the timeframe to complete this project for the Association.

Please make every effort to attend this important meeting, whether in person or remote.
